Cancellation Policy

We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies.  We appreciate and understand that circumstances arise where clients may need to change or cancel their appointments.  Please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  

Treatments 60 minutes or longer

We require at least 24 hours notice otherwise a 50% charge of the treatment will apply.

Treatments of less than 60 minutes

We require at least 24 hours notice otherwise a 50% charge of the treatment will apply.

Late for appointments

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your booking will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment you have booked.

Persistent failure to attend

Where you have failed to attend more than one appointment, in addition to retaining the 50% charge for those treatments, for any future bookings, we will require you to pay for the service in full at the time of booking.

COVID-19

Please do not make bookings if you have experienced or are experiencing any flu like symptoms, have been overseas in the last 14 days or been in contact with a person who has flu like symptoms, please do not make a booking to come into the salon for the safety of our staff and clients.

Booking Deposits

Booking deposits are non-refundable. However if you provide us with more than 24 hours notice of cancellation, the booking deposit can be transferred to your next appointment.
